All tours require 10 adults to operate.

Bookings must be received in writing one month before activity/tour date.

Final numbers must be received by 7 days prior to activity/tour date.

Increases in final numbers after 7 days prior to tour date will be accepted on the condition that arrangements can be made for seats in the vehicle, admissions and meals.

Cancellations after 7 days prior to activity/tour date will be charged at full activity/tour price.

Some activities will have different booking, deposit and cancellation procedures that will be notified at the time of initial inquiry.

Children’s rate is 80% of adult rate and only effective if minimum numbers of 10 adults is reached.
