Enjoy an orientation of a local Surf Life Saving Club and a lecture on surf safety and video presentation by a volunteer surf lifesaver.

Witness a surf lifesaving and IRB boat rescue demonstration. Break into teams and participate in beach activities such as sprints and flag races.

The winning team will be presented with medals engraved with the group name and the days date. Enjoy an Aussie BBQ lunch with the lifesavers to complete the program.
