Tour Gold Coast Japanese

We are honoured to operate on the traditional lands of First Nations peoples, whose deep cultural, spiritual, and environmental knowledge has shaped this Country for thousands of years. We ask all guests to experience this place with curiosity, care, and respect.
How we support cultural understanding during your tour

  • Culturally informed interpretive material: Our guides share history, stories, language, and knowledge that have been provided with permission from local Indigenous partners. These materials help guests understand the cultural significance of the landscapes, wildlife, and night time environments we visit.
  • Respectful storytelling: We present cultural information in a way that honours its origins, avoids stereotypes, and acknowledges the ongoing connection of First Nations communities to this Country.
  • Clear cultural protocols: Some places, stories, or images may be sensitive or restricted. Our guides will explain these protocols so guests can participate respectfully.
  • Learning through experience: From the moment you step into the forest, you’ll gain insight into how Indigenous knowledge systems shape sustainable land care, seasonal understanding, and the protection of glow worm habitats.
By engaging with these stories and protocols, you help protect cultural heritage and support the continuation of knowledge for future generations.
Respecting Our Culture
