• This tour is not wheelchair and baby stroller accessible
• Tour itinerary may be changed without notice due to weather and road conditions
• Tour is cancelled when the national park is closed due to extreme weather
• Return transfers may be combined with other tours or other languages
• Please be at designated pick up hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to departure time. If you are not at the lobby after the departure time, the tour may depart. In this case tour fee is non-refundable.

• If you have booked the tour through a travel agent , local tour desk or concierge, please see your booking agent regarding cancellation charges.
• If you have booked directly with Tour Gold Coast, cancellation charges are as follows;
  • No charge if cancelled before 5pm two business days prior to tour date.
  • 50% charge if cancelled between 5pm two business days prior to tour date and before 5pm one business day prior to tour date.
  • 100% charge if cancelled after 5pm one business day prior to tour date.

Our tours take place within Springbrook National Park and involve walking on natural terrain, which means some areas have limited accessibility. If you have specific needs, we encourage you to contact us before booking so we can support you wherever possible.

• The Natural Bridge circuit includes natural surfaces, uneven ground, steps, and narrow pathways, which are not suitable for mobility devices.
• We are unable to modify these pathways as they are located within a protected national park.

• We provide extensive written tour information that can be supplied on the day.
• Our informative onboard video (which can be made available during transfers to and from Natural Bridge) includes captions.

• Audio guides are available to all guests.
• Staff are trained in inclusive communication and can provide additional verbal descriptions upon request.
• The tour takes place in low light environments, including complete darkness inside the cave. Guests who may be sensitive to low light conditions are encouraged to speak with our team before booking.
