The glow worms actually love wet weather and glow brighter in the rain. A rainy night is the best time to see the glow worms.

The National Park is 45 minutes drive from Surfers Paradise on roads that are not well lit or well signposted and we do not recommend people trying to drive there at night. Our tour includes a pick up and drop off service from the Gold Coast. We are also trying to minimise our carbon emissions so it is better for us to take you there in our bus rather than everyone driving their own individual cars.
